This is a translation of our Czech privacy policy (Zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f). If the two versions differ, the Czech version applies.<\/em><\/p>\n

1. Who processes your personal data<\/h2>\n

We process personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110\/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.<\/p>\n

2. What data we process and why<\/h2>\n

Enquiries by form, e-mail, phone or LinkedIn<\/h3>\n

When you write to us or call us, we process your first and last name, company name, job title if given, e-mail, phone number and the content of your message. If you fill in the form in our LinkedIn advertisement, LinkedIn passes on the data you submit in that form. We need this data to answer you and prepare an offer. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/p>\n

We protect our forms against spam with Google reCAPTCHA, which evaluates technical data about your device and your behaviour on the page. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/p>\n

Clients<\/h3>\n

If you sign a contract with us, we process the contact and billing details of your representatives to the extent needed to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet our legal obligations, for example in accounting and tax (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).<\/p>\n

News by e-mail<\/h3>\n

We send you commercial messages only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time using the link in the e-mail or by writing to info@complexczech.com.<\/p>\n

Website visits and cookies<\/h3>\n

The website uses necessary cookies without which it does not work. We use analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and Google Ads) only with your consent. You give or refuse consent in the cookie bar and can change it in the cookie settings<\/a> at any time.<\/p>\n

Without cookies and without personal data, we count how many visits and contact clicks (phone, e-mail, form) come from each source, for example from search or from ads. We store only daily totals from which no one can be identified. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in evaluating how well the website and our ads work (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/p>\n

3. How long we keep the data<\/h2>\n
